Abstract: Soursop plant is generally propagated through seeds. To obtain a uniform crop need to be propagated vegetatively, for example through bud grafting. Vegetative propagation of native connections will result in the growth and production of a uniform than generative propagation. Before connecting soursop seeds need us to do a treatment that is by defoliation or defoliation. Twig leaf defoliation on plants is one way to accelerate the growth of buds at each axillary leaf buds look so fat and pithy. Lukman (2004) states that the entres defoliation treatments can stimulate the formation of shoot buds as a strong sink According to Soegondo (1996), the success of grafting seedling plants is determined by the condition (age, large, freshness and growth) rootstocks and scions (budwood), and precipitation and humidity around the nursery. Storage time and storage media prior to grafting scions also affect the success of grafting (Djazuli et, al, 1999). In addition, the technician skills junction (graftor) will determine the success rate of grafting (Hadad and Koerniati, 1996). This experiment aims to determine leaf defoliation entres and delays continued on the success of grafting plants soursop. This study uses a randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factorial, factor 1. Soursop leaf defoliation on entres, a factor of 2. Long delay in connecting entres soursop. Observation variables include the percentage of success life counted the number of connections with the connection formula divided by the number of plants alive X 100 %, the number of shoots counted at the age of 4 mss connection, 5 mms, 6 mss, shoot length was measured with a ruler the size of 30 cm at the age of 4 mss plants, 5 and 6 mss mss. Number of leaves counted the leaves that have unfolded at the age of 4 mss, mss 5 and 6 mms. Results of Experiment: (1) There is no interaction between defoliation and long delays in the continued success of soursop seeds, (2) There is a significant effect on the success continued defoliation perlakuaan soursop seeds, (3) There are long delays entres influence on the success of grafting shoots soursop seeds.
